The family exploration area will be a collaboration of the Center for Innovation in
Informal STEM Learning (CIISL), co-directed by Paul Martin and Rae Ostman, and
the i.d.e.a. Museum in Mesa. Both CIISL and i.d.e.a. personnel have expertise and
experience in informal learning opportunities for families. The effort will also draw
on the extensive library of activities of the National Informal STEM Education
Network.
