Carol S. Johnston

Carol S. Johnston, professor of nutrition and associate dean for faculty success in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and has an active research program. She has published 125 research articles and book chapters, and she is often quoted in popular magazines reporting nutrition news.
